1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, due to our focus on rapid shipping, the window for cancellation is short:
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement for a full refund.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow the Return process (if applicable) once the item is delivered.
2. Returns & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
Reason for Return: We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped.
Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Timeframe: You must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made goods.
Perishable items.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
4. The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
Timeline: Please allow 3 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
5. Proof of Damage (The "Unboxing Video" Rule)
To prevent fraudulent claims, we strongly recommend that customers film a continuous unboxing video when opening their package. This serves as vital proof in the event of damage during transit and helps us resolve your dispute faster.
